At Seed Yoga + Flower Massage, we offer a range of services designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellbeing. 

YOGA

Our yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and connect with your body and breath.  We offer a variety of styles and levels, from gentle restorative yoga to dynamic vinyasa flow.

Public Classes

Public classes are currently held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Seed Yoga.

Tuesday we offer Ashtanga Vinyasa at 9am and Yin Yoga at 6pm

Wednesday we offer Slow Flow at 6pm

*Class passes can be used for these sessions.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are scheduled by appointment only and are custom designed by our experienced instructors to meet your individual needs.

Private sessions can be either,

individual (one-on-one) or groups.

Private sessions can take place at Seed Yoga or at your preferred location.

Workshops & Special Events

In addition to our regular schedule, we also host special events and workshops.

These events strengthen our connection to ourselves, to each other and to the natural world around us.

Full Moon Sound Immersions and New Moon Sisterhood & Brotherhood Circles are some of our “moonthly” offerings.

The Full Moon Sound Immersion workshop provides a meditative experience through the use of sound therapy, while the Sisterhood and Brotherhood New Moon Intention Circles offer a space for individuals to set and share their intentions within a supportive community.

Therapeutic Massage 

Our therapeutic massage sessions are designed to help relieve physical tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.  Our experienced therapist will work with you to create a customized session that addresses your specific needs.

Wellness Practices

  In addition to yoga and massage, we offer a variety of other wellness practices to help you achieve optimal health and wellbeing.  From meditation to sound healing and breathwork to aromatherapy and herbal remedies, we’ll help you find the practices that work best for you.
